I managed the end-to-end lifecycle of diverse product portfolios, from high-level architecture and nomenclature to commercial go-to-market strategy. I act as the strategic bridge between product, marketing, and C-suite stakeholders to ensure every launch delivers measurable business growth.

  • Steered the strategic positioning and GTM for flagship products including Libre (mass-market checking), Elite (premium combined account), and Libre+ (earned-value evolution).

  • Architected the repositioning of the Oriental Biz suite, transforming generic commercial banking into a partner-led narrative for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs).

  • Led the narrative for a multi-year digital transformation, orchestrating the launch of Mobile Banking, ATH Móvil P2P integration, ITMs (Interactive Teller Machines), and intelligent in-app features.

  • Orchestrated the full brand identity, naming, and US market entry for Chello from zero.

  • Contributed naming and architecture strategy for the Monster + CareerBuilder merger (MonsterCareers) and brand repositioning for Dexian.

  • E-commerce & Fashion: Owned the digital strategy and platform management for emerging lifestyle brands including Port de Bras, Bryland, and Suukala.
